Hmm. The course of discussion seems to, slowly, be meandering away from it\'s original course... Can\'t say I care much for either Keanu Reeves or Johnny Depp (no disrespect intended) Prefer Daniel Day-Lewis

However, back to the topic: I can\'t decide between Phil Collins\' \'Against All Odds\' and REO Speedwagon\'s \'Can\'t Fight This Feeling Anymore\'. What say, people?

My vote goes to Speedwagons \'Can\'t Fight This Feeling Anymore\', hands down! Why? Because, it is unlike other radio ballads of those times... bits of guitar were added to the song for a change of pace so that it wasn\'t watered down completely, but still managing to keep its romantic feel intact! Get the drift... best of both worlds

Speedwagon\'s really good. I\'d never heard of them until a couple of years ago, but when I finally did listen to them, I said, \"These guys are good!!\"

) Have heard only one other album besides \'Ballads\', and it\'s pretty decent too, called \'The Hits\', a kind of best-of album. Anyone heard of any others?

One of my favorites is \"Yeh Dil Deewaana\" in Pardes. I dunno if it would classify as romantic, but it sure talks of the heart! A must for anyone going through a heartbreak

The best romantic song ever is \"Kya dekhte ho...surat tumhaari\" from the movie Qurbani. That song has the feeling of attitude, you can actually imagine Feroz Khan singing it ..and he sings it with an attitude of relaxed possessiveness as if he owns the heroine and knows she is playing with him and he is enjoying the game.

Am i the only one ?

To me it is the most romantic song because unlike most love songs its not dripping syrup ... it has a more cold ,dark glint to it ... no references to angels from heaven , or perfectionisms .
