Everyone has someone to blame for their short comings

muslims blame the Jews for everything.



Who should we blame the caste system on? Please don't tell me that the caste system is inherent in Hinduism. I will die of cardiac arrest.

I am very insecure and have an inferiority complex as is.



Quick, quick! we need a scape goat.

We want to sound sophisticated and orderly. mulsims have their source of law called shari-a. We want to rival them and atleast pretend that we too in Hinduism have a source of law to govern every sphere of life (from politics to what shoe you should put on first) and that our country does not run on borrowed and copied secular laws from western countries and invented by those stupid western philosophers. I dont want people of those 'other' faiths to think that we are no more than kite-flying, fire-cracker playing, passive feet-touching bunch.



I am going to deny that caste system is not our law till I am proven otherwise or until someone labels somebody as a scapegoat and holds that group responsible for shoving caste system down our clean, noble herbivore throats.



Christians have the commandments and Jews have the Talmud. I feel left out. But as long as we have enough intellectual ammunition to show muslims down, we don't bother what Jews or Christians do or do not have. The big chunk of these two 'sophisticated' abrahamic religions resides outside the domain of India and the ones that remain in our great country are, well, just like us. The Indian Christian women don't think it's weird to have a 'red dot' on the forehead like the stupid western women do.
