I have some figures on the blue car and the black car,

1972 blue car: 300 bhp @ 4000 rpm, 415 lbs/foot @ 3200 rpm

1/4 mile acceleration 14.04 seconds weight: 3,701 lbs

1977 black car: 265 bhp @ 4000 rpm, 320 lbs/foot @ 2800 rpm

1/4 mile acceleration 14.6 seconds weight: 3,700 lbs

both 4 speed manual transmission.

Not bad for 30 year old cars.

Normally I like Mitsubishi Evos & Subaru WRXs, but I came across some specs on these cars when surfing. I am impressed by how quickly they go for their age.

Subaru WRX is probably in the same league..

I am worried about Mitsubishi Motor's financial state. They have lots of debt and maybe there won't be anymore Evo Lancers.

Shelby Mustangs will always be classics, and very valuable.

Why do you like some and not the other??

Arent they all made for one purpose?

DRIVING? getting from one place to another?

yeah...in some cars you will go slow and in some fast...but YOU WILL REACH IT....

cars were invented for traveling ...and people made a hobby out of it!

well sticking to ur logic.... think about this "clothes" why do we wear clothes ?? to keep ourself warm and to basically cover our body, right ?...so why do people make a big fusss about what they wear...some people like to wear tights, some like to wear loose...and some ppl prefer some colors and some dont..

so its basically the same ..some ppl like to be in some cars and others dont ....

well any way this is my type of ride !! :twisted:
