I felt the time is ripe for us to have a discussion on the topic.

Tell us whether you like Junoon or not.An substantiate your choice with evidence if possible......

The ONLY song i liked of Junoon's was Sayonee...

All their other songs are more like lullabys tho...

junoon is a good band which makes great music adding to their philosophy of pacificsm. but to claim to the gretest rock band of south asia, it takes much more than that.

dude....this band is the one which keep the chiks ticking.... just like boyzone or 5 or what so ever. so i would nt aurprised if chicks go for them.

but again, Akidna sounds a bit different... she does nt seem to like the normal chick flicks and SRK, well...lets watch out.

at a point i thought i was the only one who did nt really like the music these guys make, but going by the fact that i dont really like Pinkfloyd, for which most of the guys here would disagree with me about their music, i did nt feel surprised.

Junoon rocks!

The singer is awesome, the guitarist is good and the basslines are catchy and mindblowing and good lyrics. A perfect recepie that makes Junnon a very good band.

its not over rated, its extremely over rated.

anyway, discovering the magic of the Andean folk music, just loving it. cant wait to go visit south america

So the two extremes are Lonewolf (better musak in secunderbad bus station)

and BW (awesome,good,catchy,mindblowing,good,perfect,very good(i'm impressed you managed to get that many adjectives into 2 sentences:))

i am not crazy abt their music, but some of their numbers are good...the rest are routine n nothing new.

these guys are awesome ok...

i knw they r not vey popular in india....coz they havnt been promoted right in india....but if u hear Ali's vocals...the guitar work by Salman Ahmed is unbeatable...if there r any guitarists here...they would know how hard it is to copy Salman bhai....
